VRC Pro does not feature A.I. controlled cars, but it allows you to race against real racers 'offline'.
The process is simple and is explained on following 2 pictures:
1. Go to events menu, choose 'Passed events' (1). Usually the last event matching your actual car and track is displayed. But you can choose from other events in the left menu. Once you select the event, click on 'watch/practice' button (2)
2. Now browse and mark the results you like to compare with (1) and click on 'practice now' button. The selected replays will be downloaded if needed and you can will be placed on track with replay started.
