Tom Rinderknecht continued his great performance and was fastest at qualifying, with average 27.08 he was four seconds faster than Jonas Larsson in second place. Behind Larsson, was Corentin Richard and multiple VRC PRO Worldchampion Martin Wollanka. Both, Richard and Wollanka was about 6 seconds away from Rinderknecht`s pace. Alejandro Prieto was fifth and Jonas Dalensjö sixth. They both were 12 seconds from the fastest pace.
As the race started, Rinderknecht was furios. Even Larsson was giving him good pressure in second place, Rinderknecht was getting away slightly with his style. 2017 SEASON 2 1:8 NITRO BUGGIES ROUND 3 IBR Padova

Third round event of 1:8 nitro buggy serie was raced at IBR Padova track. American Tom Rinderknecht was absolutely on his own level when winner was solved. This 15 years old youngster won the qualifying with 6 second margin to South Korean driver Kevin Lee. Behind Lee, was another American, Marshall Kirkholm. He earned third grid for the main, and was almost 8 seconds away from Rinderknecht`s and over one second from Lee`s pace.
As the main started, nobody couldnt answer to Rinderknecht`s pace. After first lap, Tom had pulled over one second gap to second place. And it was very clear, that without any problems, with his furios pace, this was going to be his race. He did fantastic and consistent run, was totally on his own and won this race with 17 second gap. Rinderknecht`s average lap was 33.540.

Fear Farm was hosting second race of nitrobuggy series. PRO level driver, talented youngster from USA, Tom Rinderknecht was setting the pace at qualifying. This 15 years old American`s average was 34.696, and this was something special. After him there was three Finnish offroaders, Ilari Lamminsivu and two Worldchampions from last year. Tommi Vacklin and Markku Honkanen. Lamminsivu was standing at second place, over 5 seconds behind Rinderknecht. Vacklin in third place, 0.2 seconds behind Lamminsivu.
Honkanen who won this class World title in last years Worlds, was over 9 seconds away from TQ pace, at fourth place. But as we have witnessed this in some tracks, Honkanen is planning his starting grid allready at qualy round and at least in race we could see his true pace.
