The final time schedule for the upcoming 2025 VRC WORLDS events. The racing schedule and track allocations have been significantly modified after member feedback and input.
The 2025 WORLD SHOOT-OUT GT3 CLUBRACER event is now a weekly 4-round event for 3 driver levels, Rookies, Sports and Pro and will be ran during the last 4 weeks of the 2025 Worlds.
The official VRC Worlds classes have now been evenly distributed over 4 12-day periods, with an on-road and off-road Worlds event each period.
The 9 official 2025 VRC Worlds classes all count for the prestigious OVERALL 2025 COMBINED WORLDS ranking, on-road and off-road combined!
2 NEW TRACKS
The Welkom Arena Oval 2025 will be used for the VRC Oval Worlds for 1:10 electric NASCAR trucks the pitlane has been moved to the infield side of the front straight and all 4 corners have been rounded to create a perfect 4-corner oval.
The Welkom Arena 5 is a new layout the the famous South African r/c racing facility, designed by VRC. It will host the 1:10 ITSC Worlds and in reversed direction the 1:12 sportscars Worlds!

they look a nice mix of tracks, glad to see the old Welkom oval not used, the 2025 track is so much better
I always clipped the pit lane on the out side!

Hello Pieter, you really want reverse Padova for Worlds E-buggies this year ? Is there a racers (or racers vote) choice ? IMO there is a lot other great tracks, other than this one (old, indoor, small and slippery ?).

Great to see the support oval classes separate from the premiere official classes.
Every year the schedule is not good. Electric buggy and 1/8 nitro sportscars should not start at the same time. They are the two premiere classes, nitro buggy the third premiere class. One of the two classes should start in the first group of official events so you have premiere classes in each starting group of official events.
