2017 SEASON 2 1:10 NITRO SEDANS SPEC ROUND 3 Atsugi 2
PRO level
Atsugi 2 was hosting third round race of 1:10 nitro sedan spec serie. In gualifying Graham Raistrick was setting the pace to others. Hitting that great result, with average 13.6, he was only one who managed to get on 23rd lap. Second place was driven by Alejandro Prieto, but he was way back from ”Racetricks” pace, over 10 seconds with average 14.0. Portuguese Nuno Lourenco was third, 1.2 second behind Prieto. Manuel Weber was fourth and Izidor Tratnik fifth.
Serie leader Massimiliano Tanturri was sixth fastest, and he needed to find something to his pace, if he wanted to hold his lead at overall points.
As the horn shouted for the main, three drivers were separated from the rest of the pack. Raistrick, Lourenco and Tanturri were those three, who had very similar start. Even Raistrick had won the quali... read more

2016 Season 1 and round 2, Atsugi 2
Here we are, at Atsugi 2. This race continues 13.5 spec touring Season1, wich started from Carpet 3 track. French Steve Favrelle and Finnish Viljami Kutvonen, who wonned that first race at Carpet3,
wasn’t at participants list. So this venue was all open, of course looking the entrylist and drivers, hopes were high for exiting race. At qualifying fastest speed held Dana Bailes from USA, second place went to Willem Janse van Rensburg from South Africa. Willems gap to Dana, was only 0.3 seconds. Also with very tiny gap to the leader, third qualifier was Benjamin Lehmann from Germany, loosing only 0.6 seconds to the TQ. So expects were really high, if everybody could hold they speed at finals, it was going to be very close battle.
From tone, drivers speed up and final was started. Dana and Willem were at front and competing very close each other. Si... read more

2016 Season 1 and round 2, Atsugi 2
Season 1 second race was raced at Kyosho works track, Atsugi 2 in Japan.
We saw very tight battle of podium places. This Pro final was fun to watch, as drivers paces were so close each other. French Arthur Brule started from the pole, where he was appointed after very tight qualifying, winning Swedish Andre Fossto only 0.248 margin. Third grid went to Kevin Rasguin from France, losing to the leader about 3 seconds.
When the final started, there was little drama. South African Willem Janse van Rensburg missed the tone at the start, losing 2seconds and this mistake dropped his position to the last.
Also Australian Chris Kalfoglou had some issues at start, maybe he was pit nervous and his car moved a little pit before the tone, but this movement did not give him any penalty. Finally he got very good start for the final. He gained his place to third at... read more

1:10 200MM NITRO Spec and Modified - by SERPENT
Nitro 200mm Spec
In the first turn Jason Hillcoat took command of the race his smooth precise driving would prove hard to catch. By the end of lap 3 he was already into lap traffic. Second through 8th place would not be settled so easily. Troels Troelsen would mount a charge for second between lap 15 and 33 he was doing his best to hold off Leopold and Giovanni but he final dropped back on lap 34. Giovanni seemed to have a firm grip on second with his laser focus and steady driving he kept his MX 12 MAX XXL3 BL spec Powered 733 Serpent ahead of the rest of the field until the lap 55. Leopold put his race face on and started clicking off 13 second laps while Giovanni could only manage low 14’s in the pits Giovanni lost another second with a 19 second pit stop. Jason however was unaware of the battling behind him as he ran away with t... read more
