2017 SEASON 1 1:10 SC TRUCKS 13.5T ROUND 8 Barco
Brand new, just released Barco offroad track was hosting and season closer of 8th and last round of Short Course 13.5 serie.
This track had very warm wellcome from drivers, as it was released. And, no doubt, this is one great achivements from VRC PRO head designer Tony West. For onroader, this track is also guite driveable, roughness is very smooth but adds reality very nicely. Just great job from VRC PRO officials.
PRO level
Marshall Kirkholm and Ilari Lamminsivu were in mainroles when winner of PRO level race was solved. Lamminsivu had secured his first grid for the final with 12 seconds gap before Kirkholm. Carson Yeung drove to third grid, 11 seconds slower than Kirkholm.

2017 SEASON 1 1:10 SC TRUCKS 13.5T ROUND 7 RC Exitement II
RC Exitement II was hosting 7th round race of SC 13.5 serie. In PRO class Finnish driver Ilari Lamminsivu was unbeatable, this 19 years old talent was in top spot at qualifying, beating Britains Reece Hodges with 3s margin. In semifinal Hodges lifted his pace with one 10th in average, but still Lamminsivu was 2s faster. Third grid went to Hong Kong`s Carson Yeung. Yeung was way too far with his pace to challenge those two at front.
When grid was arranged for the A-main, Hodges was missing. So, with same fast and consistent style it was well expected that this would go to Lamminsivu. And he didnt let us down, he continued what he started and drove very clean and stable run. Well deserved win for Ilari!

2017 SEASON 1 1:10 SC TRUCKS 13.5T ROUND 4 Bash Pit long
Fourth round of Short Course 13.5 serie was raced at Bash Pit long track.
It wasnt any suprise as we saw Swedish offroader Robert Hillman at top of the list. This 38 years old driver was on fire and showed incredible pace during whole event. At qualifying and semifinal Arturas Svoba was closest to challenge Hillman but even he had many seconds to catch up. Hillman drove magnificent final, and despite four bigger mistakes, he won this race with enormouss one lap distance before Australian Mark Clews.
Clews runned very good final, he started from third grid and got to second place.
Lithuanian Arturas Svoba was third in this final. He started from second grid but he had six bigger mistakes and these allowed Clews to get second place.

2017 SEASON 1 1:10 SC TRUCKS 13.5T ROUND 2 Mikes Hobby Shop 3
Second round of SC 13.5 serie was driven here at Mikes Hobby Shop 3 track. At semifinal Austrian talent Martin Wollanka was 3 seconds faster than Italian Erik Bottosso. Third and fourth place went to Swedish Robert Hillman and Britains Reece Hodges.
Main final was started without TQ driver Wollanka, so Bottosso, Hillman and Hodges were favourites to take this one. But when final started, in early stage we could noticed that Bottosso was on his own. His pace was good enough to let others behind and with his consistency, he crossed the line 5 seconds before Hillman. Hillman instead, had to do full job to keep Hodges behind.
In early stage Hodges was stronger, but Hillman was stronger in last ten laps and this secured his second place in here. Hodges have to surrender with 0.8 second margin to Hillman.

2017 SEASON 1 1:10 SC TRUCKS 13.5T ROUND 1 IBR Padova
Swedish offroader Robert Hillman has won first 2017 season race of SC 13.5 trucks. Robert`s run was consistent, fast and clear and this secured his victory in IBR Padova track.
TQ driver Erik Bottosso had his chances, but his race was ruin by two mistakes in early stage of the final. Erik`s pace was similar with Hillman but 6 seconds of mistakes was just too much and he had to settle to second place. Italian Tommaso Andreuccetti got last podium, with 0.120s difference before French Nicolas Loriot. These two had great battle of last podium place, finally Andreuccetti was stronger and Loriot had to settle to fourth place.
