I thought VRC stands for a realistic RC simulator, therefore "race duration for all electric classes has been increased, this will force a battery change" make zero sense for me! Keep it realistic.
None single user will take part more at the WC because of such changes.
Just thought to make it extra interesting by adding this new dimension. We have done this in the past with positive response!
Just for clarity, is a battery change mandatory? Or if someone drives real slow and can run 20 minutes skip doing a battery change?
if you ccan do without a battery change that's OK, it's not mandatory but just very likely. Same in nitro, you may also want to skip a fuel stop by setting up engine and transmission differently.

that's correct Graham. Makes Round 1 qualifying more interesting! On the flipside, when you are not in the top-31 you don't race anymore in the Worlds... We did not provide for consolation finals
Hi Pieter, just a detail missing:
Is the TQ sure to start from 1st position in the Final?
What happens if a driver makes a faster time in Semi than the one the TQ did in Qualif?
Does he stay 1st or is placed further on the grid?
Just wanted to be sure, or that the race setting are taking care of that point

TQ starts inded from Pole as you could expect. Others will be seated based on finishing positions and results, so best nbr. 1 from semi's to position 2, 2nd best to 3, 3rd best to 4th etc.

Hi Pieter,
I am missing some Oval events.
I count 3 alltogehter, whereas there should be 5. At least GT3 is missing, or I can not find it.
Is it already published? If yes where is the link and which track is used?

I think the reason is because in real life there are several races in the finals, whereas I suppose that it is not feasible to be able to do it in the simulator.
