I've gotten in to RC racing in the past year and really enjoying it. Unfortunately our only RC race track in Darwin closed down and we have all been without somewhere to race unti... Unfortunately our only RC race track in Darwin closed down and we have all been without somewhere to race until we can sort out some land. A New club has been formed and the great news is that we have recently been given land access by the local council to build a track.
My plan with Joining VRC will be to at least have somewhere to "race" and get my skills up to speed until we manage to build our new track and start racing again.
I also think it may help develop a layout for our track/s by seeing what we like from other tracks around the world... without out leaving home! |
