I've tried the spool on the front, instead of the diff (35% closed). The car started to spin under braking, which never happened before when using the diff.No other settings changed, and brake was not strong also (around 30-35% max)
At the same time, the 1:10 electric car works perfectly, and responds to setup changes as expected.

solved the problem ... just switched the front and rear diff to 15% and its good ..
