Hope it helps someone

For newbies:
To see it downolad and put the file in
Documents/vrcpro/replays (or something very close)

Then open the game, go to the track (Osaka 1) pick a 1:8 nitro sportscar spec.
Then go to replays (near "multiplayer" on top right) and here you are.
