super fast marshalling added: 19.10.2016

UPDATE: thanks to Andrea G I now have a foot switch cost me $10 AUD - as stated heaps cheaper then a extra channel and faster. Got it 10 minutes ago & works awesome
The only risk is sometimes I hit marshal too quickly and i just see it righting itself at the last moment.

ELSE Not so useful for Nitro, but in electric races. Take off your shoes, put your keyboard on the ground in front of you and tap the space bar with your toe. Much quicker.

I also drilled a tiny hole in my "L" key and fashioned a raised button out of a bent paperclip so that I can also refuel easily using my foot. It is super quick and I do not have to take my hand off the transmitter.

I have a old crappy wireless keyboard. I don't think I'd drill a hole in a new apple keyboard or anything like that. But I can use this keyboard when I race. Much cheaper then a 3/4 channel receiver and adapter plus mapping keys and probably more efficient.

Great find. Very useful and I think way better then 3rd & 4th channels on the transmitter. Cheaper too.

You're welcome. That was just an helpful search for me too, as i said i thougth before to control pit action with foot.

My solution was to modify a small numeric only keyboard and turn it into a pedal switch but... There is a ready tool in the market and at an affordable price.

The three pedal is just perfect for everything: turn marshall, L button and... Tyre change!

It's not just a matter of speed of the action. I drive sit down in the sofa with a forward stance for use my high side vision and i have a wireless keyboard with the spacebar just a rotation of the wrist away.

It's more you can keep full concentration, watch pit action and continue to hold the radio and may be do something useful, like trim change in Oval "foam tyres" racing or keep an eye at your average and so on...

Nice search - They are so cheap I'm going to get a single one. 7.68 eur or 8.53 usd - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/USB-foot-switch-USB-Game-Foot-Control-Keyboard-Action-Switch-Pedal-HID-FOR-PC-/141373684032

A single button won't solve refueling - but happy to reach across to to keyboard for that one. And for you on-road really fast accurate guys you could use it for refueling. Nice work Andrea.

don't remember the last time you needed a marshall Warren. You just need a big L key.
