Too slow steering added: 11.11.2016

Hii... I'm Rusli, from Indo. I'm newbie in VRC.
Something weird. Last night try to drive my vrc for the first time, everyting was perfectly ok. But this morning everyting was totally different. My steering from remote control was too slow and the car as well.
But if I'm driving with "cursor", everything is normal. Have un-reinstall the software, nothing happened.
Hopefully someone could help me.
