I think in the spec class the 8 minute main is going to be an issue. I set this up so you can test before you waste the main runs on the official event.

There is currently a bug in the VRC software when it comes to battery capacity. According to the post below all packs are 5886 mAh no matter what brand and rated capacity... A fix will be available within a week or two.

The main event is where it is at Guys so do the best you can to move to the top in qualifying then win your main.

I have been running 120 laps a night. I go to options, race setting set it for 35 minutes and go.

I also set up my stock chassis and my mod chassis exactly the same.

I am running the 3300 in the mod class also. finally got 19 laps in both classes.

there is a noticeable drop in punch after 6 minutes, it is good to get used to that before the main..

8 minutes is no problem with the 58/17 gearing, it just requires precision driving as the battery begins to slow down.

It is good to test now with 99 runs than in the real main with 3 runs.

No Problem Steve, like to see the club guys make the top of their mains no matter which main you make, try to win it. :0)
