ELECTRIC 1:8 BUGGY
The electric 1:8 buggy is now released in 2 versions, the open or modified version which is full adjustable and has the powerful motors, and the Spec version with just a few setup options and 1450kV motor.
The modified electric 1:8 buggy is now available for all members who have an All-Inclusive membership. Free2Play members will have to wait November 12 until they can start racing with the electric buggy. The Spec buggy is available for ALL members immediately.
A special electric buggy forum topic has been created to provide feedback about the electric buggy.
DRIFTER CLASS
We have also released a new class: 1:10 electric Drift. This is now a special class which means that you can orgize races for this class and everybody has to use the special drift tires, so cheating with normal touringcar tires is no longer possible. We have also release the Osaka Drift Park track. This is the normal Osaka track with all the barriers removed, which makes this track ideallly suited to drift. Give it a try!
PSYCHO NITRO BLAST TRACKS UPDATED PITLANE
We have fixed the problem with the pitlane on both PNB tracks, the tracks will be automatically updated at the next start of VRC.

I'm wondering the same. I've purchased the Deluxe cars pack and only see the Spec Electric Buggy (hovering over the Modified option only shows the "Purchase" button).
The e-buggy is now available for f2p members, we will release an expansion pack this week, and a DLC on Steam.

Great to get E-buggy :) However I see only one model for electric buggy, is it normal or did I miss something ?

add some negative expo and turn the punch level down on the esc.
