The idea of restricting the number of racers for each round is to make each round a challenge. The flipside is indeed lower numbers after each round. If the general consensus not to use these restrictions I will change this.[/b][/quote]

I think the problem is too much round:
1) For Top racers: the 1st 2 rounds are dummy, they always able to reach the last round. However, they are busy and can't sure they can join all the 4 rounds.
2) For Beginner: no hope for the 3rd round, hence no interest to join the race.
3) Only guys who is marginal pass / fail to reach round 3 feel exciting.

It was great and succesful compared to 2016 one. It is better to leave open entries for 3 week out of four, and let numbers grow each round, instead of only one, and see numbers only drop! And electric nascar... Why don't ear me? Set lower air temperature... it's from the beginning of this class we are complaining about overheating issues. I've discovered that lower air temperature can easily fix the problem and there is not a fix??? These are important things, not 3 or 1 minutes of warmup in time trials... or one track instead of another...

Allow to jump in a running event is not good and not fair. Then better do the event in one or two week only.

Any yes overheating in electric racing is an issue and VRC don't care about it! They should really start listening to the customer or shut down the game because it's going away from a simulation.
I do since 25 years RC Car Racing and I saw only a handful cars stopping because overheating. Since all has brushless I saw zero cars stopping!

You all wonder why this is the weakest class on here well this is why ! To many rounds & time to long for finals 20mins in 1/8 nitro & 15mins in 1/10 nitro ( too long ) Also no vrc oval speedway track in any class ? I know saying stuff on here won't make it change but it's about time this class was more popular & I think a simple 2 race format & normal length (10mins nitro & 5min electric ) races would make it more appealing to ppl to have a go !

+1
VRC is zero listening to the customer and wondering why the business is not growing!

+1, four rounds is too much and too tedious. Would prefair 2 rounds; how about two first weeks each month, 1 round per week?

Steam rounds are better... Always 2 weeks but 9-5 days (more qualifying days for more entries and more tries).

Instead of 50-10 tries could be 20-5
