DIRT OVAL TRACK RELEASED

We have just released the new VRC Dirt Oval track. This track is a dirt version of the asphalt VRC RC Speedway, one of the very first releases of VRC back in 2011. Not only is the new Dirt Oval an excellent practice ground for new VRC off-road enthusiasts to learn the necessary driving and racing skills to compete in VRC events, the Dirt Oval will also prove to be a popular event venue for experienced off-roaders. No jumps though, just dirt...

To celebrate the release of this new track we have organized 3 special 'dirt oval' VRC World Championships, for 1:8 Rally-X, for 1:10 Short Course Trucks and for 1:8 nitro buggies. You will experience 3 completely different racing characteristics. We believe this new track and the new World Championship events will therefore offer complete new challenges for both new and seasoned VRC racers.

All 3 Dirt Oval World Championships will count for the the following rankings:
- Overal Off-road combined
- Overall Combined (on- and off-road)
- specific class ranking

We hope you will enjoy this new track and the upcoming 2020 VRC Worlds events.

Yes, running the other Rally-x version of this track the ditch can be where time is.

I confirm that the corner on the right side of the track can make you more or less 0.2s faster on the other Dirt-short and long tracks, but this one seems a bit harder to take than the other two tracks as the oversteering comes quicker and the inner barrier looks less forgiving
